Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges

• •More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the tour cost.
• •30 to 15 days before departure: 25% of the tour cost.
• •14 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.
• •Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the tour cost.

Non-refundable components

Flight tickets, train tickets, permits and certain peak-season or non-refundable hotel bookings follow the supplier's own policy and may be non-refundable regardless of the slab above. These are always flagged in your confirmation.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing may add a few days.

Date changes

One date change is permitted free of our service charge if requested at least 21 days before departure, subject to hotel and transport availability. Any rate difference is payable by the traveller.

Force majeure

If a trip is disrupted by weather, landslides, road closures, strikes or government restrictions, we will recover whatever we can from suppliers and offer the balance as a refund or a credit for future travel. Amounts already spent by partners cannot be recovered.
