Quotations and pricing

• •All advertised prices are indicative starting-from rates per person on twin sharing and are not a final quotation.
• •Final pricing depends on travel dates, hotel category, group size and availability at the time of confirmation.
• •Prices may change before confirmation due to hotel rate revisions, fuel costs or government taxes.

Booking and payment

• •An advance of 30% of the tour cost confirms your booking; the balance is due 15 days before departure.
• •Peak-season and flight-inclusive bookings may require a higher advance.
• •Bookings made within 15 days of travel require full payment upfront.

Documentation

Every traveller must carry a valid government photo ID. Certain regions such as Ladakh, Sikkim and the Andamans require permits, which we arrange using the ID details you provide. Incorrect details supplied to us may result in denied entry, for which we are not liable.

Hotels and transport

• •Hotels are confirmed in the named category; a similar alternative may be provided if a property is unavailable.
• •Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out 10:00 AM unless stated otherwise.
• •Vehicles are provided as per the itinerary and are not at disposal for unscheduled travel.

Liability

We act as a tour organiser coordinating hotels, transport and activity partners. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by weather, landslides, roadblocks, strikes, flight disruptions or other events beyond our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
